Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique where thin, sterile needles are inserted at specific points on the body to stimulate natural healing. It relieves pain and restores balance. The practice uses careful needle placement to support overall well-being.
Popular for treating:
- Chronic and acute pain (back, neck, arthritis)
- Migraines and sciatica
- Facial palsy
- Nausea
- Stress, anxiety, and insomnia
- Digestive discomfort
- Allergic rhinitis
- Menstrual and gynecological concerns
- Facial rejuvenation and tension — facial acupuncture applies the same technique to points on the face, jaw, and neck to support circulation, muscle tone, and a healthy complexion

Cupping Therapy
Cupping (Dry Cupping) is an integral modality of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), applying localized negative-pressure suction along specific meridians and muscle fascia to enhance circulation, ease tension, and relieve pain and stagnation. Wet cupping combines delicate micro-puncturing of specific acupoints with therapeutic suction. This process expels deep-seated blood stasis, reduces localized heat and inflammation, and provides rapid relief for severe pain and chronic tension.
Popular for treating:
- Myofascial tension and deep muscle soreness (back pain, neck/shoulder stiffness)
- Support for respiratory comfort, easing early-stage cold discomfort (coughing, wheezing)
- Chronic fatigue
- Wet cupping is effective for excess-heat and blood-stasis patterns, and ideal for severe acute or stubborn localized pain (e.g., acute lumbar sprains, gout flare-ups), acute inflammatory respiratory symptoms (sore throat, fever), and heat-toxin skin conditions like eczema and acne.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is an essential thermal therapy within TCM and Acupuncture, using the warming properties of refined mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) applied near specific acupoints. By delivering deep, penetrating heat into the meridians, it’s believed to dispel cold, boost circulation, ease joint stiffness, and revitalize energy levels.
Popular for treating:
- Arthritis, chronic back/neck stiffness, frozen shoulder
- Menstrual cramps, cold womb (a TCM concept linked to menstrual/fertility discomfort)
- Chronic diarrhea, IBS, bloating, poor appetite
- Cold limbs, chronic fatigue, low immunity

Ear Acupressure
Ear acupressure (auricular acupuncture) uses small seeds or pellets to apply to precise points on the ear corresponding to specific organs and neuromuscular pathways. It delivers continuous stimulation for pain, anxiety, and overall wellness.
Popular for treating:
- Nervous system regulation (may help calm the body’s stress response)
- Insomnia, stress, and anxiety
- Headaches
- Support for habit cessation efforts (e.g., smoking)
- Support as part of weight management programs (appetite control)
- Chronic pain, digestive discomfort, and menstrual cramps

Meridian Therapy (Meridian Bojin)
Meridian Bojin is a specialized facial acupuncture and meridian therapy. Using a tailored Bojin tool, a licensed practitioner releases fascial tension, stimulates neuromuscular acupoints, and boosts micro-circulation across the face, jaw, and neck. Scalp treatments can also help relax the scalp, calm the mind, and relieve headaches.
Popular for treating:
- Scalp tension and stress
- TMJ tension and jaw tightness
- Nasal and facial tightness
- Headaches
- Facial rejuvenation (skin tone, circulation, and appearance)
